gliding through a forest.
Water is life.
And death.
Raging rivers
Burst dams
Flooding
homes and
hopes and
dreams
Watch the water rise,
threatening all who are near.
Surges into homes
Screams
Thunder
Booming loud
As the rain pours
White froth
Coming at the surface
Washing away
Everything.
Not
Everything
Can be stopped
Life, fate, death.
But we can stop this.
Everything can become
nothing
with a
drip-drip-drip
drop of water
Everything
is life
is death
is a
drip-drip-drip
drop of water,
changing life
in a snap.
